Content Management Systems

Content management systems allow you to access your website and edit the text without the worry of upsetting the look of the website design. This means you have full control over what appears on your site and how frequently the information is updated.

There are a lot of proprietary content management systems (CMS) on the market today, some are free to use and some have a price tag. We have a wide experience of the different types and have the ability to develop websites within any of the major frameworks.

Our two systems of choice are ModX and Joomla both are very popular systems and are both "open source" which means there is no cost to buy the system, your money and our time is then better spent on design, function and content.

Both have a wide range of extras and add-ons which allow websites to be highly functional, interactive, and modern, with the simple advantage of being able to change the whole look and style of a website without affecting the page content.

Some clients are familiar with WordPress which is the single most popular content management system on the internet today, if WordPress is your preference or if your website is more suited to WordPress, we are equally experienced to work with this system.

We believe in implementing the Content Management System that best suits the client and the job at hand.
